Margaret A. Johnson, senior consultant, has a PhD from Cornell University in policy analysis with a focus in program evaluation and evaluation policy. She has several years of experience in evaluation and consulting at the local, state and national levels. Margaret is a lecturer at the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs.
Thomas G. Archibald, PhD
Thomas G. Archibald, senior consultant, has a PhD from Cornell University in adult and extension education with a focus in program planning, evaluation, and non-formal education. He has several years of experience in evaluation and consulting in the U.S. and in Africa. Tom is an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
